This road realignment / reconstruction project connects to Phase 1 and continues 2.5 miles north into Worthington, Minnesota. The proposed 4-lane divided rural section will transition to a 4-lane divided urban section as the roadway enters the City of Worthington. This project included the design of a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of TH 60 and CSAH 35. Design services for the Level 1 Layout included preliminary design for roadway geometrics, profiles, drainage design and construction limits.
