This feasibility study involved evaluating roadway alignment and intersection traffic control options for the extension of 22nd Street from Minnehaha Avenue to Cedar Avenue. Stonebrooke staff analyzed existing roadway features, public utilities, and traffic patterns to determine the alignment that would provide the greatest benefit to both the development site and the City of Minneapolis.
