Stonebrooke Engineering staff has over 45 years of combined surveying experience working with clients at the private, township, city, county, and state level on ALTA/ACSM surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, as-built surveys, construction staking, common interest communities, and R/W platting for preliminary and final subdivision development. In addition, we continually prepare numerous certificates of survey, legal descriptions, easement descriptions, and exhibits for virtually any application, including adverse possession claims.

Stonebrooke’s survey staff has extensive experience utilizing the latest GPS survey technologies. We routinely employ the use of GPS equipment for site data gathering, construction staking, and boundary surveying. Survey data can easily be gathered, processed, and delivered in any coordinate system and virtually any format desired. Our survey staff is cross trained in design and construction activities. This practice gives us a competitive edge by ensuring that data is gathered with the design team’s needs for implementation in mind.
Stonebrooke staff also has the training and experience to complete wetland delineations and prepare delineation reports as well as mitigation/replacement plans and impact permitting.
By utilizing our graphics abilities we can incorporate offsite data including NWI maps, County Soil Survey aerial photos, and DNR protected waters maps coupled with site visits and field investigation to complete delineation reports in accordance with industry standards, including USA COE guidelines. All reports include a detailed description of observed soils, vegetation, wetland hydrology, aerial photos, and data sheets.
During the field investigation phase of our delineations we identify the location of the wetland boundary utilizing GPS equipment with sub-meter accuracy. The GPS data is overlaid on an aerial photo and in CAD files for the client’s use and documentation.
