Tim is the co-founder and vice president of Stonebrooke Engineering and leads the firm's transportation and municipal design services. In his more than 19 years as a professional engineer, he has successfully managed some of Minnesota's largest transportation projects. In doing so, Tim has been praised for his ability to identify innovative and cost-effective solutions to complex problems.
As principal/project manager, Tim is responsible for the coordination and processing of major roadway reconstruction and transportation projects using local, state, and federal funding. His diverse engineering expertise includes transportation preliminary design, final design, hydraulics, construction administration, public involvement, environmental documentation, and project management. He has successfully completed numerous studies, plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation projects from interstate highways to municipal streets. Tim's extensive work with the Minnesota Department of Transportation includes developing statewide CAD standards and specifications. He has also provided training and technical support to public agencies.
Stonebrooke Engineering's clients appreciate the skill with which Tim manages the public participation process. His experience includes public open houses, business coordination meetings, project related informational meetings, and project updates and status reports for design committees, city councils, township boards and other agency personnel.
These abilities, along with extensive training, geometric operations knowledge, and partnerships with other industry leaders, have earned Tim a reputation as a regional leader of transportation design and analysis.
