Stonebrooke Engineering is proud to add David Hirsch to our team. David is a registered professional engineer with over 8 years of traffic control, traffic staging, signing, striping, lighting and signal design experience. In addition he has participated in the design and construction of numerous large scale transportation projects. David has managed, designed and developed permanent and temporary traffic signal system plans for various agencies including Mn/DOT, Hennepin County, Ramsey County, and other communities using both MicroStation and AutoCAD. This includes completion of signal justification reports, cost estimates, signal timing and interconnection plans and special provisions.
