Willow Creek Heights is a large urban subdivision in Lonsdale, Minnesota This project consists of nearly 300 acres of proposed development property. Approximately 246 lots and 15 acres of commercial property have been constructed in the first 3 phases of this 6 phase project.

Stonebrooke Engineering was responsible for the design, construction management, surveying, and platting. This project consisted of complete site grading, roadway alignments and profiles, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, storm water retention ponds, pedestrian trails, and construction staking.

This project required careful consideration of the local environment, as there were several protected wetlands on the property. Stonebrooke staff worked closely with local watershed districts, DNR, Core of Engineers, and the City of Lonsdale to minimize impacts to the wetland and local environment.
