Willow Creek Commons is a 15-acre commercial site located on TH 19 in the City of Lonsdale, Minnesota. It is adjacent to the Willow Creek Heights residential subdivision. Stonebrooke Engineering was responsible for the planning, Preliminary Design, Final Design, platting, permitting, construction management and surveying. This project also included traffic studies and improvements to TH 19 to improve access to the site.

Stonebrooke staff recently completed Phase 3 of this project. This 105-foot extension from Willow Creek Commons West consisted of site topography, site grading, erosion control, roadway alignments and profiles, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and construction staking.
