Stonebrooke provided site design, drainage design, and construction oversight services for this 37 unit single family residential project located in Shakopee. Our team was responsible for providing comprehensive storm water management plans for this site. Our tasks included the analysis and design of the proposed Storm Sewer system and volume reduction measures including: storm pond design review, infiltration basin designs, project permitting, hydrologic design review, design of proposed outlet structures and evaluation of system compliance with City and watershed district storm water management plan requirements. In addition we worked with the watershed district and city staff to identify and resolve historic drainage easement issues.
