Stonebrooke Engineering was responsible for the design, construction management, and surveying of Pond View, a 90-acre subdivision in Waseca, MN. This project consisted of site topography, site grading, roadway alignments and profiles, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, storm water retention ponds, and construction staking.

Site Layout

Water treatment was a significant challenge in this project due to the large protected wetland on the east side of the property. Stonebrooke staff coordinated with local watershed districts, DNR, Core of Engineers, and the City of Waseca to minimize impacts to the wetland and local environment.
