Stonebrooke Engineering was responsible for the design, construction management and surveying of the Industrial Park Utility Extension project in Prior Lake, MN. This project is a 2,075 linear foot extension of sanitary sewer and watermain from Industrial Circle SE to Welcome Ave. SE. Design tasks include sanitary sewer and watermain layouts, profiles, and erosion control. These utility improvements were necessary for the construction of a new commercial / industrial building located on Welcome Avenue SE.
